Do I need to upgrade blower or bypass valve?? I have a V2 SQ S trim vortech on my 01 Tahoe. I set up a progressive meth system and want to run 12# of boost. Shifting at 6200 with a 3.12 pulley I will be at 51500 rpm when max impeller speed is 50K. I was thinking of having it upgraded to a T trim hybird. Do I need to upgrade or will the blower be fine spinning that high. I know most Radix guys are overspinning their blowers. Also Vortech recommends a Mondo Maxlow bypass with anything over 10#. Will I really need to upgrade that as well?? Will the bigger bypass valve fit directly in or will I have to modify anything??
