A.) What is your backpressure?
B.) Internal or External Wastegates?
If the turbos utilize internal wastes gates it is normal for that to happen.

something is wrong...i went to the track today...
started at setting 45...and kept cranking it up all the way to setting 70!!!
boost was 11.1psi to 11.8psi
best was 12.4 @ 124 2.2 60' (11.8psi run) im still learning to drive the car and launching and all that stuff...kept roasting the 16' drags in first and 2nd gear. please keep in mind my altitude people ~6000+
im going to order a 12psi spring from ITS...so hopefully that will get me at least my 12psi i want
your not supposed to 'count on' a spring holding more than twice its rating.. maybe thats whats happening??
hmmmm.... maybe i will switch out my wastegate with my racegate with 9psi spring and see what happens...

looking to see what some 16' ET or MT will run me now
So, in this case to figure out the commaned boost, take 5.9 x.70=4.13psi gain
5.9psi + 4.13psi in gain =10.03psi.
