does it blow apart while you are on the gas or right when you let off?

When I'm on the gas. Right when the car reaches 4500rpms or so with anything more than 10psi. At 10psi it takes about 4-5 passes to see the elbow actually move.

Oh... didn't know that.... then the bov has nothing to do with that. Use a T-bolt as already mentioned.

maybe the worm clamp is just wore out? i have run over 30psi on that elbow and has not popped off

I have no idea I got that sob on there beyond tight. When the whole elbow slides off the screw itself is loose so that might be the issue. What size clamp do i need? 4' or larger?

definately T-bolts. I have a long story about the tubing popping off on my car as well. The only thing that worked for me were T bolt clamps. they are only like $4 a piece

if its on the tb side its 4" max pretty sure.. sounds like the teeth are skipping on you

the od of the TB is ~4", but with the thickness of the elbow, you will have to get one that is a little larger. I think the one I had would open up to 4.25". Best thing to do is go to NAPA, they usually have them in stock and get one that will easily slip over the outside of the elbow with the nut just started on the T-bolt part and the elbow off the car.
