gas mileage m6 guys?

i would like to know what kind of mileage the m6 guys get from a full tank of gas until the check gages light comes on...

how many miles to the gallon does everyone get? supercharged, turbocharged, N/A, and slight mods... please list what mods you have... with the gas mileage...

i get about 250 miles from a full fill to when the check gages light comes on.... but when i'm on the loud pedal quite a bit, it doesnt change much...

No on my Z i have the stock cam and heads with a qmp single turbo setup. My gas mileage is beyond **** which I'm sure has to do with my tune.

i get little over 200 during the daily commute and little over 300 highway only.. no check gauges light on my 98 though.

I normally get around 17 - 19 mixed driving and 28 highway. I have gotten over 29 a few times. The only mods I have are Shaner S2 throttle body, LS6 springs, and a 5psi STS turbo. EVERYTHING else is stock.

What are all of your readings at for cruising around town driving? Lterms etc... My mileage sucks compared to all of you.

I get about 200(city) and 260 (highway) miles before the light goes on.

I get 300 on a tank in mixed driving... if I can manage to NOT get into a contest...

That would be an A4, 3:42, PT3400 YANK at 13 PSI.

does everyone here that gets like 300 on a tank drive under 1k rpm's?

what do you guys shift at? seriously... its like i do get decent miles per gallon... but some have turbos and they get better than me....? weird 250 miles till light comes on all stock z28 99'

does the year matter? newer gets better mileage?

I believe that there was a change to the size of the fuel tank between the years 98 and 99, 15.5 to 16.8 gallons.

yes, i believe i have a 16.8 gallon tank if i'm not mistaken... but, why am i not getting as good of gas mileage as some? guys with forced induction get better gas milage than i do... might i need a tune up? or just stay at lower rpms.... this tank, i'll try to see how far it goes

I lost mileage when city driving after the cam went in but the mileage seems about the same on the interstate and highway. I guess I get at least 25 MPG when not in the city.

I used to get 210-220 miles mostly city driving when the car was stock. After my mods now i get around 180-190 city driving.

maybe i just play around with the loud pedal too much? i mean, i try not to, but somtimes... when some ricer pulls up next to you, its just very tempting to put it in third... i think you know what i'm talking about, the guy that pulls up next to you that revs his engine.... cos' he thinks he has a lot of horsepower.... but really its a sleeper.... with the pedal to the floor it sleeps

*yawn* damn 4 cylinders...

I get about 250 miles to a tank around town and like 329 miles was my best ever on the highway. Usually my highway mileage is like 300 or so until the light comes on. The 329 mile tank was because I had no exits around to get off on and I was sweating because I thought that I was gonna run out of gas!

I check mileage on every tank.

Record high is 26.5. Record low is 15.5. Avg is about 21. Has not changed due to forced induction.

Gets better mileage than my Talon. That one is 25, 11.5, and 18 respectively. Try to get only 11.5 on a stock Talon. That's effort!
