Default Shooting for 800rwhp

Contacted Speed Inc today and Im about to get the Gen7 so i can up the boost from 10psi to about 18psi running 116 gas & a fast 90mm intake/tb. Do you guys think i can hit 800rwhp( 630rwhp now w/ 10psi and fast 78mm setup on 104 gas) and run mid 9s with some practice( thats my goal) w/ a 6sp? I have all the suspension stuff i need. Thanks for any input

mighty mouse hit 9's with a hair under 800rwhp so you should be able to it your weight is the same.
you should be able to hit 800rwhp as long as the boost and tuning is ther i dont see why not.

I made 817 rwhp and 790 lbs torque (corrected) in August on my 414 LS1 with a YSI and 14.5 lbs. boost on 100 octane. I've sold the car. So your 800 rwhp goal might be achievable.

I hit 746rwhp thru an unlocked T400 vs your 6 speed, so I'm sure you can.

I'm going for 800rwhp too.

hugger a 9.5 would put you allmost .4 quikcer than anyone has ever rowed a f body ls1 to in the 1/4 if that gives you any idea if youre goals are going to be easily attainable or not.

what have you run so far at the 630rw level? what 60's can you cut?

i think 800 is do-able sure.

Havent run it cuz of a few minor probs that keep poppin up so ill prolly wait till after i get it back to make some passes it it. Been running my Z28 mostly. Tryin for high 11s in it. Im sure the way my SS is now i might crack a mid-high 10 but hopefully high 9s after. I gotta get used to a 6sp again as i havent driven it but 60-70 miles in the last 4 months and when i play around in it i usually go from a 5mph roll. I tried 1 launch on the street and it was all over the place. I know Im gonna need alot of practice but eventually Im gonna go w/ a th-400. then i might be able to keep up with ya.

Futral went 9.88 with his 6 spd LS1. That is the F-Body LS1 record. MMouse is #2.

that was with nitrous, a WHOLE other ballgame from a six speed turbo setup.

His power all comes on within a 200rpm window. You have to worry about boost off the line, boost loss between shifts etc.

Taner can also drive like a **** with a six speed

Its going to be really tough with a six speed to run 9.4s with 800RWHP.
