I wasn't provided a shim to put between the s/c case and the s/c pulley by SDCE....didn't know SDCE did that, might be a revision?? I just left what ATI had on there, which was a thin shim that went under the key on the blower shaft, it effectively spaces the s/c pulley from sitting to far back and rubbing on the bracket.

Kyle my belt did the same thing with the two spacers(rubbed the bracket), but with the three spacers, the belt would jump over. So back it went, now I don't have any problems with the belt at all, does it rub the bracket, nope the belt "clearanced" it self on the bracket and to this day hasn't frayed at the edges. I also see big unflappable boost.

I have a 7.25 crank pulley and a 4.0 blower pulley > I saw around 5 pis at 4500RPMs and than > bye bye to the belt. How much boost do you think I'll see? I want 8psi. I get the feeling that I wont.

I think you will see 8psi. What RPMs are you spinning up too? Redline for your car?
I was seeing 9psi with a 3.7 pulley. I still have said 3.7 pulley too If you need one PM me and we can work something out.

Remember with these blowers i know at least mine my car climbs a couple PSI in the last 1000 rpm's.... it builds most of the boost up top.......

i removed the shim between the case and the pulley ... strange.....

how come your blower pulley is kinda scuffed around the inside edge?

and a final note , do you have the bottom brace that goes to the oilpan installed?

Ya I have the brace installed. The pulley is scuffed because either it's to big > or because I should have left the stock shim and added the other the came with the kit. I'll be calling SDCE tomorrow for some details as to where I screwed up.

Again > thanks for all the help you all have offered! My Dad told me to never talk to stangers > I'm glad I didn't listen!
