Yeah Tony, I was trying several little things to fix the problem. I finally noticed that there was a big difference between the drivers side O2 readings (~880mv), and the passenger side O2 readings (~750mv). At that point I plumbed the fuel rail in a circular fashion with the FP regulator last. Now the O2 readings are equal from side to side and I can tune the thing properly with the wideband!
I also replaced the Magnacharger steel line that connects the 2 rails. I went with braided line and AN fittings to eliminate the 2 sharp 90's at the back of the rails.

Good job John! I know exactly what you mean by "surging" at higher rpm. We found most of the issue to be the little dampner block going into the fuel rail. I will be plumbing it directly into the rail as my next project.

Thats impressive to say the least,You need some good headers and exhaust for sure.God with that and some ported heads you may see low 10"s and that"s a tiny cam.I:m glad to see a roots blower running that fast ,WOW!!!I love the way it looks too!I bet it sounds great with that blower!!GREAT JOB!!!!!

I think that if I did the mods you suggest, I would end up with similar performance at a lower peak boost. I feel like I am on the verge of out-running the compressor. BUT, I'm willing to address that issue too, with the correct upgraded system!

Yes. If a Kenne Bell system comes out for the LS1, I'd look into that as an upgrade.
