Default Daily driver Intercooler combo

So I've found mostly all the parts I need to do a water to air intercooler but now I'm wondering and pondering with, should I go with a air to air FMIC? The car will be daily driven. Boost will be in the 8-10PSI range on a 6.0l motor. 500ishRWHP(tops for now).

I'm now stuck on what to do.

Any help would be great,

-Matt

Daily driver I'd go with air/air... It's simple, usually cheaper, and works great with no real heat soak to worry about... For mainly track use a water/air could work better if you fill it up with ice before a run. One the street the ice trick doesn't work LOL

i daily drive with air/water. have never seen more than 15* above ambient temps... and if i plan to be beating on it for an extended period then i turn on the water pump and fan.

it is a heavier set up and more complicated

And more $$$. I kinda looked into that setup. How much? It looked like it would be $2000+.

Well I'm thinkin that I'm going to run a big juicy front mount. I'll have to take some measurements today. I know I can fit a decent chunk of intercooler in.

Thanks for your input! As for Intercooler...Who should I go with?

A lot of people who just did front mounts used OBX, they seem to work very well especially for the price, that's what I'll be using whenever I do my custom turbo setup, can't beat it for the money.

I've seen my IAT's go from 100F to 140F in a pass, and I'm down to 100F 3-4 minutes after making a pass. I have a Griffin FMIC, with 3.00 inlet/outlets.
