I have mine removed, but I'm sure it could be relocated and use a different container.

If you need one to hack up and play with, I doubt I'll ever use my stock one again so your welcome to it.

hmmm????? Mine is still there. There was no need to remove it as I have about and 1.5 clearance between it and the FMIC. The rubber elbow for the wiper fluid pump thingy has about 1/2 inch clearance between it and the FMIC

Mine also had to stay in because the car is my daily driver and I drive through a mountain pass everyday to work and the car see's it fair share of snow and rain.
Hope this helps buddy.

3 inch stainless steel from performance curve....they sell some wicked 3 inch muti bends on ebay for 36 bucks each. I used 2 of these bends but would have been better off ordering 3 of em.
PM me if you want more pics of the set up.

The windshield reservoir was not in the way. But I spent about a half day fabbing up the fog light brackets. I guess you could attach them to the plastic but I was afraid the lights would shake. The lights are not recessed as deeply into the tunnel now but its not really noticeable.

Mine is currently removed, but I have plans to relocate it. Relocating it looks like a cinch. Any fittable container and some DevCon should be all you need.

I could have left it, but was more concerned with airflow, being I draw all my cooling air in from the front now rather than from underneath.

ya I think thats part of the concern with mine, its going to be a straight tube to the maf and then all sealed with sheet metal so all the air flow is directed straight to the intercooler/radiator area. I will put it back in for now and then fab something to relocate it. Not like I need alot, but just in case

No concern with blocking the airflow here, the space between the two(FMIC and washer bottle) is too great to have too much of an effect on the cooling of my FMIC. The thing only gets luke warm after a long drive(which is everyday too and from work), and on a 1/4 blast it gets only slightly warmer to the touch than that. Next up is a shroud from the plate opening that opens up to size of the core. This way air is really forced through it and not around or under it. I say you are fine with the reservoir there.

although its been snowing and raining for the past week or two Damn this driving into the mountains everyday to get to work....my place of work is @10,000ft above sea level I also have all the plastic shrouding removed that was infront of the radiator and a/c condensor....had to do this with the ol powerdyne s/c back in the day so I could get those fans you see in the pics to fit

*edit* you also have a larger opening to cool the FMIC than us Pontiac dudes....lucky dogs
