thats the vortech unit.. its the same price as mine.. I can take a digital photo of 10 ends that the bearings ate themselves.. thats why we designed a new and improved strut brace!

I don't think my unit is the actual Vortech piece. I purchased this entire car as it sits and I am under the impression that this piece, as well as the rest of the cogged pulley setup was fabricated by Brad Brand and Gary Grimes.

I might be wrong, I just bought the car with that understanding. Either way, seems to be very effective. No belt issues, or anything of the sort. Should be much easier on the bearings as well.

Given the anodized blue finish of that one on the LT1 car, I would say that it is probably a modified Vortech Strut Bar Brace. I considered getting one but found some situations where they broke so I did not want to take the chance.

sorry, i dont understand your question...

if you are referring to the brace, I sell it... I am going to sell them through Speed Inc.... Sikora (SS Racing) manufactures the crank pilot (piece that the brace rides on inside the crank)... if you look at the second set of photos (post 13), you will see my unit side by side with an actual VORTECH end... i hope this answers your question

There is no way to make it work on the standard ATI LS1 setup .........But we can build you a clockwise rotation setup that will work But you would have to have your blower reworked.

Awesome, I wasn't sure if those bearings could take 100,000rpm.

Thanks Bob
