Default Boost And NITROUS???

Whats up guys... I'm gonna be running about 9.3 with 10-11psi on my 93 T/A. It's gonna run pump 93oct, and I've got all the necessary timing retards for the boost... But I would like to put a 50 shot on top... I'm using a 3 Bar MAP sensor not a MAF... Does anyone know whether it has to be a Wet or Dry shot? And how much timing do you take out when you spray it? I also have the MSD Retard Control for when you hit the button... Thanks everyone

Mike

Yes that would be me I have Twins and 2stage NITROUS we are starting the tuning out at 12psi and 2 50shots then (if all is good) spray both at once! If that works good one side will be 100hp and the other 50hp. B/C I have 2 10lb bottles in the back as bottle press. goes down I could use both shots. And I changed over to a dual wet. So the fuel adds in under spray. As I know my fuel system can handle way more than that.

I have no idea what the turbo spike will be on the juice but it doesn't matter as the turos are to small to do much! And I have dual port 10lb actuators that are controlled by a dual stage boost controler.

As far as the tuning the Acell Gen7+ will go into nos 1 or 2 program and pull timing when the set program things happen as the Acell meters wot,fuel,spark,w/b,and injectors. So if the tune,gas,ect... are off a little the Acell will add or remove fuel!

Everyone seems to think the turbo spike will be a big problem, but I know the Incon's (with my setup) will stop at 632rwhp and the spike wouldn't be much more. I think I will just set my controlor to that power so the gates open!

I run boost and spray. You can run either a wet system or dry. I run a dry for stage 1 and a wet for stage 2. If you have a Accel or Fast computer with nitrous settings then definetly run a dry system, the computers are real easy to set up and tune with the nitrous funtion.
If you are not running a computer with a nitrous funtion then go with a standard wet kit like the NX stage 1efi.
As far as timing retard, I have found that I do not need to take out much timing at all for the spray. For example at 14psi I run 26deg then with a 300shot of N2O I run 21deg advance. That is only 5 deg retard for a 300 shot, on a nat-asp motor 10-12 deg retard would be typical. This is all done with pump gas 93oct.
Hope this helps
