Default Pulley change = How much more boost?

I am thinking of changing to a smaller pulley, from a 4.0 to a 3.7. How much will this increase boost. Currently I have 9 psi at 6500 rpm. Mods in sig. I have the SDCE setup with a 7.25 crank pulley.

typically .5-1 PSI (depending on DA and air temps) for each .100" drop in pulley size, so Forcefed is right on target.
