Which side of the throttle plate? Either you're venting air or your not ... flames?

so can you have flames shoot out the exhaust when you let off the gas by having the bov mounted behind the maf cause the ecu still reads air coming in but its going out before it gets to the cylinders but the fuel is still being added....?

That should of been the first post

If the BOV is mounted inbetween the Mass air and intake there is a possibility of dumping a ton of fuel into the exhaust.

Dude, are you on drugs? No really man. Think about it. You'd have to have a strong ignition setup or you'd just foul the plugs from it running pig rich. plus i don't think it would happen for very long as the BOV doesn't stay open for all that long. Just go to the AutoLoc site and they have a flame shooter kit. Otherwise you'll just have fun ******* up your car. Hello carbon deposits.
