The ET indicates around 650 HP.
The MPH indicates around 750 HP.
This tells us that your motor is making more power than your chassis can effectively put to the ground. Work on your suspension and you'll have your 9 sec slip.
Very nice car!

Do you have your tires marked along with your rim to watch for spin? Are your slicks mounted with rim screws? What boost and RPM are you launching at? What is your 60 foot time? You state you have a stock 10 bolt, but did you add Strange axles and a spool? How far can you take that axle? If you're launching soft, say 3,500rpm and 10psi, I'd say another 500 - 1,000 rpm and 5psi should get you real close to 9's. Are you foot-braking the car or launching off a trans-brake? I could literally go on and on with very small things that not many people think of when trying to go faster. Every little thing can add a few tenths, believe it or not.

tires at 15psi hot...screwed to the rims...4l60e so no transbrake. Dunno how high rpms the brakes will hold. Now launching from 2300-2500 rpms on the 2 step with 3-5 psi. 60' is 1.6s...stock rear with T/a rear cover. Gonna try more rpms soon.

Wow, you're only launching at 3-5psi? Damn, I would say if you can get your RPM's up and launch between 3,000 - 3,500 at maybe 10 or 12psi, then 9's are in the bag!
You're idling that car off the line! Hahaha...get into it!
