Smog Legal Turbo Kit? I've seen California smog legal supercharger kits. Why can't we get a smog legal turbo kit for California? Seems like lots of people would buy them.

i was under the impression that the only thing about turbo setups are that you prob should not run cats, due to the extreme heat that is produced by the turbos and manifolds, and it will eat right through cats. if you can figure that problem out, you might be golden, but i dunno, i could be wrong.
