Change the compression to 9.3 - 9.5 to 1 $2500
Set of new 250cc intake LS6 heads or AFR 225 heads $2500
Really big intercooler $1000
Change cam to something like 240-248 .595 .609 LS of 112 $399
shouldn't take more than 17-19lbs of boost
With your current compression it is going to take an enormous amount of boost to hit 1000HP.
So for under $7000 you can be at 1000RWHP with your turbos
