9:1 and 10psi

i got a 2004 gto i want to change my compression to 9:1 would 10psi with a ati d1 blower to much on the bottom end i dont wanna change the bottom end. and give me suggestions on a good cam

i want to use patriot stage 3 LQ9 head 72 cc and i need a good cam 9:1 with 10 ps1 on a ati D1 blower let me know if this would work and help me with a cam thank you
