Yes, the production kit will be all one piece stainless steel. The brackets I use for the IC that are welded up are 3/8 inch thick. So there is no flex in it. The t-clamps are very nice too. Yes, they do add up, considering there is about 15 clamps in the kit.

Thank you all for your support as well. I would like to have all the kits done soon. The trucks, the cars, and the ATI stuff as well. I am basicly trying to make a solution for everyone that wants an intercooler with a decent budget. I know 1000 bucks is not cheap, but its also the only way I can make it worth the time and effort without loosing too much. Hope everyone likes what I come up with.

I hate what u are doing.

j/p. I would take him up on his offer. Cause when we did mine it was a BIT. But it is well worth it. plus it looks vicious.

At last someone made a bolt on FMIC for prochargers. Do u know what does the intercooler flow and how much pressure drop at 15-17psi running a D-1SC?

I have one of Rick's FMIC kits on my STS equip. truck and it works really good. I cut down on my meth usage by over 3/4 what I used to use at 13psi with meth alone. Guess you can say he has helped me kick my meth habit.

Now that the setup is more refined I plan on getting some of that new stainless steel piping and some polish for a lil bling under the hood.

You know, I never got a chance to measure that. I know scott at SDCE wanted me too at one time, but I never got around to it. I know on their bracket system we picked up 2 PSI from the stock ATI stuff, plus a whole lot of responce back from less piping.

Will you have the FMIC with a bracket for the trucks available? Id like to do one for my Vortech eventually. I doubt making the pipe would be worth your time though due to little demand.

I am interested (without an intercooler, though).

What would the price be without an intercooler?

I havent come up with a full bolt on method for the trucks yet like I can with the cars. So I am still working on that one for others. Just keep watch, it will happen soon.
