On a single turbo system how much RWHP increase would you see from the additional 3 PSI. Lets say that you are at 400RWHP at 5 PSI and you jump to 8 while doing everything to run at that 8 safetly and correctly.
Is there a general rule of thumb?
Thanks

The gains are bigger the lower the initial starting number. 3psi could be 30rwhp, could be 70rwhp. I'd guess that you'd go from 400rwhp to maybe 440-450rwhp but I am not a turbo person.

I think maybe 70rw, but I bet w/ a single the torque will go up 90rwtk
I went from 550 to 572 w/ 1/2# increase...
I think it also helped that my a/f ratio was to fat at 7 ½, it liked 8# better because with the same tune and a little more boost, gas mileage got noticeably better, and car ran crisper across the whole rpm range.
