Default Twin Screw LS1

I do a lot of websearching for various things, and found this in my Favourites list recently...No idea when it got there.

A lot of people seem keen to fit a twin screw to an LS1, but they dont seem to be readily available.

This didnt sound too expensive ( for DIY guys anyway )
Prices appear to be in Australian Dollars

someone is in the development of a twin screw right now for the ls1 actually. i dont know their progress though.

edit

half the problem is the tb in back and the whole firewall issue back there and lack of room to my understanding. thats why the magnacharger uses that pulley system so it spins in back and the tb is up front.

Starr in Oz already has Whipple powered LS1's although they do appear quite expensive.

Getting a twin screw for an LS1 is easy, getting one for an F body is a different story, that's where the cowl issue come into play.

The prices for that kit don't seem half bad though. I hope the rumored KB kit is similarly priced...

I like the MX426, at 4650 + 2000 for the lower intake, add injectors and your at $7000 (au). But there is no way that intake to TB tube will fit the Fbody! Had that one bookmarked for a while now also. 2.6L discplacement, very nice.

Obviously these are intended for some Oz vehicle, so hard to say if it will fit any of the US cars directly.

Interesting. Hood/cowl clearance and SC belt/tensioner setup are the unknowns.
