what size primary tubes on header for FI

For those of you running a tubular manifold or header for you turbo set-up what size tubes are you running

Can you tell me more about you set-up, cubic inch, turbo size hp,ect.. as much info as you are willing to share? thanks

I know there is the idea of loosing velocity with too big of a primary, but has there been any real evidence of this. when using a 1-7/8" primary on a turbo header?

My setup is a 408ci motor, twin t70 turbos, not running yet so we don't know the HP.
