If you add everything up, its actually cheaper the way he is selling the kit. If I had the money, mine would be in the mail as we speak.

Guys, sorry to keep questions unanswered. Since thie thread started I've been answering pm's like crazy. Let me try to answer all the questions. Please let me know if I left anything out

The wastegate will be welded where the two manifolds meet up, reight before the turbo flange. The reason you don't see one there in the pics is because this was a hot parts kit and I left it blank until I knew what wastegate the customer wanted. A wastegate flange will be welded on at no charge

An intercooler is not included with the kit. We sell many different FMIC, all at bargain deals.

We do not make IC pipings with our kits or as a package. The main reason is because there are so many ways to route the piping, we just don't want to build jigs for every single way. Another reason is because for the amount of time it takes us to fab IC pipings, we could build a hot parts kit. So as you can see, the price of IC pipings if we made them would not be cheap. An exhaust shop could easily fab up the pipes within a couple hours and would be just as strong and high flowing as what we could do. In the future we might offer our kits full with the charge pipes. As of right now we just want to concentrate on the parts that cutomer's aren't able to make at home

LT1 kits would be one of our next cars in line for us. If we could put together a group buy, we'd even buy an LT1 and use it as a mock up car. We'll actually give this alot of thought and get back to you on what we could do.

Cooling fans will have to be mounted in the front of the radiator. You can either convert your stock ones to pusher style or buy some from Summit Racing which are only $60-80. We use these on our RX7's and you guys know how much these cars overheat

Turbo support is actually being thought up right now. It's not as easy as one may seem. We can't just weld a piece of steel to the block cause this would add more trouble than it could solve. We're working on a design that will support the turbo and still have some give both for engine movement as well as expanding/contracting piping.

I think the kit looks great and you have done the hardest part of the fab. Well worth it IMO and I'll be considering this very soon.

One question, theoritically how large of a turbo would the piping support.

Also how much room is there between the balancer?

OK one more, what is the largest turbo that'll fit in that area? T76?

Kit seems pretty solid, how much can this GT42 support??

I have a larger CAS radiator, I doubt that turbo could squeeze in there.... I have 16" single fan in the way too

hang in there man, some people are still recovering money wise from the holidays. also, like said before, the middle of winter isnt exactly when people get the mod bug. so try and ride it out, good products for great prices will eventually catch on. it'll just take a few guys posting results from the kits and you'll be set. if i werent building a house right now, i'd buy one today. best of luck to you.

Can you make the IC piping out of peice parts at home or do you have to have it custom fabbed? Kit looks great and I am considering iit come spring time.

Of course they can be fabbed, I'm fabbing mine out of mandrel bends with just some basic tools (cutoff saws, welder, sanders, etc). Its not real hard to do, just takes some time.

I think they are just trying to get thier kit out there. Once some people make some good power with it I would think the price will go up.
