Officially FI, TTi Street kit installed and running
Bought the kit in Jauary (used to be Super Dave's Z kit). Nice kit, just had the turbo rebuilt by Turbo Tech. I went ahead and updated the cross over pipe to the new TTi pipe.
So this is the Combination:

Trick Flow 7.4" pushrods
LS6 Intake
42 lbs Racetronix Injectors
Walbro 340 fuel pump

The TTi kit is the T-76:

Also, what is "safe" for stock rods and pistons as far as boost and power go? I am thinking that 8# is about it? What do you guys think, it is 9.4:1 cr so that helps....

yes you need to shim the driver side motor mount, to fit the 3" DP, i did and it worked well, no rubbing problems.
you might be able to get 10psi out of it, it all depends on when you tune it and where your knock is at, and ofcoase octane used.
I guess every car is a little different, because I never had to use any spacers on my motor mounts.
Knock down some good numbers with that thing. I would also look into an alky injection system. I know I was able to add 3 psi with the standard SMC kit. I didn't try any more than that due to lack of injector, but just that 3 psi made a big difference.
Sent you a pm, too.
Later,
Dave
