The front fan is set all the way to the pass side of the car so there are only a couple of inches overlapping, same way i did it before and had no problems. If you look in the picture the wiring in the drivers front corner is relocated and when you move it there is a hole there, has to be opened up a little but its there.

As long as they don't overlap too much I guess it would be alright

Just looking out for ya.

Looks sharp, I wonder if that intake setup would net me some more ponies.

I'd be a little concerned about your fan solution other than that looks great.

Awesome setup...just thought I would share. I am using the PTK TT (full header/collector same primaries, and 2 7/8" down pipes) for my C5. The first pair of Turbos we tried were a pair of TE63Es. My engine is a forged 346cid and CR is 8.9:1. Although the TE63e (AR .58)made great power at 9lbs of boost they would not spool to max boost until 4000 rpms. I am switching out to PT52s, to drop the rpms to hopefully around 3200-3500 for max boost. I was just curious what size your motor is, and whether or not you are going to keep those very large Turbos on there. If its a 346cid, you have like 173cid per side to power each turbo...it will be 4500-5000 rpms before they ever spool up to max boost....unless of course it is a 427cid.
Thanks

I ran my fans like this for all of last year with the same radiator and it never even sees 200 degrees, so im really not worried at all about overheating. It is stock cubes now but will probably not be for that much longer so ill be staying with the 67's and i dont really care if they are slow spooling ive never raced trying to keep the car under 5000 rpms.

Thats cool...I wasn't sure what the ultimate application was...I understand if it is for drag racing purposes only. Wouldn't care to ever have that on the street though. I would have kept the TE63e or TE64e on the kit if I wanted to always be above 5000rpms...but whats the use in a Z06 with a weak *** drivetrain...no solid axle makes it really tough to justify trying to make 1400hp.

What cam you running in there????

I understand i still drive it around town a couple days a week, i dont think spool time really matters that much on the street, even with my 76 as soon as it would spool it would just blow the tires off even with et streets, it might be faster with no boost until 5000 on the streets at least you would be moving forward instead of sideways.

Good point. You can drive the car normal...then at the track launch her at 5000 rpms and say good bye.
