Procharger install?

How easy of an install would a Procharger D-1SC w/ intercooler, in-tank fuel pump, and injectors be on a 2000 Z28?

I would get a buddy, some tools and take it on, the procharger itself will be pretty easy, hardest part will probably be intercooler or in take fuel pump.

I have not installed a in tank pump because my tank is getting sumped so I will have out of tank pumps, but I know it involves cutting and there are instructions on ls1howto
