I doubt they have upgraded that garbage stock bracket.....if you looking for a low boost daily driver setup of about 7-8lbs it will work, anything above will need a custom spring tensioner to take the beating with an 8 rib setup.....trust me I've been there, done that

7 psi p1sc. This car is my daily driver for 8 months out of the year, so I wont be going inside the engine. I'll be putting headers and a full exhaust on it at some point.
Can this bracket assembly be stiffened with an additional support bracket of some type? Has anyone tried it? I dont know what the setup looks like untill i get it, but if flexing is the issue i would imagine it could be stiffened somehow.
Will i need to key the hub to the crank with the 7psi setup?
