Default Weird problem

I am throwing a DTC 1515 - Electronic Throttle Position Sensor code when I'm at 125+ map and ~5400rpm, regardless of throttle position. I hear an aluminum sounding thunk (and I believe this to be the blade slamming shut), then see the SES, and then reduced engine power in the display.

Now some idiot at GM thought it would be a great idea to disable the TB when this code gets thrown, so its a big problem (the TB can be re-enabled by clearing the code, but not before).

This only started after I installed my FMIC, but I didn't really get to these RPMs after the GT70 but before the FMIC. I'm running a megasquirt which taps the dark green sender wire on the TPS, and mods in the sig.

I do not have a blowoff valve. Could this be the issue?

Did you used one of those wire tap connectors ? I've had one cut the wire in two before. May want to check that. Or just a bad TPS.
