boost questions, mustang dyno, hp level

I have everything listed in my sig. How much power will I lose on a mustang dyno compared to a dynojet; is there a percentage formula? I was shooting for 550rwhp on a dynojet so what should I shoot for on the mustang?
This kit is known for having a lot of backpressure so I wanted to keep the boost down. I know one guy put down 530rwhp on 9psi and 93 octane. He had a stock cube motor and cam like me but he had an LS6 intake, 6.0L heads and a T-74 vs. my P-67. However, I do have methanol injection so I know that will raise the hp a little. Anyone know how much?
I've been told it will probably take my set-up 14psi to get me to this power range. My question is how much will this hurt my engine? Does higher boost hurt the engine or is it the hp level? I know most people don't recommend going over 500rwhp on a stock block and I have also read to keep the boost down to 7-9lbs. That would only put me around 450rwhp though
. So should I pay attention to the boost level or the hp? Thanks.
