I am in the process of building a twin turbo kit for my Silverado SS. I purchased two off the shelf GT32 turbos with internal gates. The problem is I initially only want to run 5psi of boost but have read that the GT32's have 12psi springs. I thought about swapping a different spring in the actuator except they are a sealed design so I don't believe it is possible. Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to go about achieving my 5psi setting?

Take a look at the PN#, the sticker is on the back of the actuator.

There are no stickers on the actuators except a warning label, however there is a number scribed into the top 434133-64 144625 03-182. The numbers are identical on both actuators.
