Phamspeed/Procharger Hybrid?

I heave heard good things about the Phamspeed kit and think it's a great buy, but I don't want to go FMIC because of the work involved and the cutting of the bumper. However, for the last few months I have had my heart set on a Procharger kit and actually already have all of the piping and intercoolers for it. I was planning on buying the head unit used but can't find one, and new they have a ridiculous price tag.

So I was thinking of buying all of the Phamspeed hot parts like the turbo, manifolds, downpipe, etc, and using them with the Procharger intercoolers, piping, and plenum. Does anyone have any thoughts on this idea. I realize it would take some work to fab up the pipes. Is there even enough room to fit the intercoolers? Thanks a lot!

They are not very effecient thats why alot of us ditched them and went with a FMIC.

I would think it would work but just not the same as a FMIC. If you are going to spend all that time on fab work why not get the most out of it you can.

if a FMIC is really out of the question I would think the next step would be water/alky injection.
or you could do a liquid/air intercooler

by the way putting in a FMIC is not really that hard

To get the most out of an FMIC, don't you need to cut up your facia to let more air get to the intercooler? This is what I dont want to do. I don't think it looks good and I don't feel comfortable doing this.

isnt it possible to get a front grill for camaros that is fairly open? oh hell i cant say NON_SPONSOR or rob NAME_REMOVED without it being edited, so the turbo camaro owned by a recently closed shop had a custom grill that was good looking and still had plenty of open space to let air in.
