I herd that 2 in the tank is not the best way to go because they heat the sht out of the fuel if your heavy on the pedal for long periods of time such as on a road course.
On the ¼ mi. and around town you might not notice it. I’m doing 572rw with a 340 in tank and an external Kenny bell booster pump. Do no, those guys don’t seem to have a problem with 2. Cant the fuel vaporize or something if it gets to hot?

A simple/cheap way to add 20-25% more pump flow is to add a 2nd external Walbro GSL392 in-series if cost is an issue. Should support another 100rwhp. If you are running a boost-a-pump, boost the external.

External or internal? I've heard both suggestions now . . .

Don't have a lot of time to post right now, but you have multiple options. In Parallel for double the flow and much much more expensive or in-series/in-line for +20 to +25% more flow ($300?).

You can do dual in-tank in parallel which may have issues. You can do in parallel with 1 internal and 1 external. You can do in-series/in-line with 1 internal and 1 external.

The in-series pump you plug in externally and forget. Simplest install, lowest cost. Could be good for up to another 100rwhp. Or go full blown dual/parallel setup for $1000-1500.

I ended up with a weldon fpr. don't go with the least expensive econo aeromotive as I think that is what the incon was based on - looks pretty but is pos. yes, my car's rear mount fpr and stock rail with gutted damper works just fine and gets a proper rising rate. but if I were look for more than 600 rwhp i'd start from scratch and mount the fpr up front.

I agree with alot of these guys get a new FPR and another pump in the tank.....

I havent had a problem with my aeromotive reg. at all..... and ill still be using it with my new setup.......

-Sumped stock tank
-Dual -8an to each Aeromotive filters
-Dual Bousch 420L external pumps
- -8an feeding into a Aeromotive Y-Block
- -8an out of the Y-Block in another Aeromotive filter
- -8an feed to the front of the car
- into Billit Rails from Nate@ Nasty Performance feeding 96# Injectors
- -8an crossover to drivers side rail
- out of drivers sdie rail into Aeromotive RR FPR
- sitting on my old stock feed now being used as my return.

Might Y-block it again up front and feed each rail , but dont know yet.
That SHOULD be enough for my HP/ET goal.

Dug, I will send you my Incon regulator (the original silver one) it raises pressure 1:1 with boost even with the boost sense port disconnected. Pressure is rising but flow is not, so I just compensate with IFR table. Of course I am only running about 400 rwhp tops.

The duals and FPR are great solutions but definitely the most expensive and much more time consuming to install.

I'd really like to see how far someone will get with a GSL392 external or Bosch 310LPH setup in-series to the stock in-tank pump. On paper a GSL392 in-series could support 675rwhp without changing lines, rails, tapping the tank or anything..

i have stock tank/lines
97/vette rails/regulator
and dual walbros. I think this is by far the cheapest and not hard to install. I dunno how much it will support though...700 for sure in my car.
