Default Redyno of APE 370ci, Incon TT

As you'll see fuel is my issue . . . still running what Incon provided, which I believe is the Walbro 340. It's not even rising 1:1 with boost and then it starts dropping after 4500rpm. There are two runs here, the best of the day ( up til the fuel issue ), then backed off to make it safer until I get the fuel issues sorted out. Here's the dyno sheet:

Here's a vid clip of my gauges:

60lb . . . I know they can support more than 575rwhp, it's gotta be my pump . . . I'm pretty sure the rails can handle more too.

you need two walbros...good wire and some 60# ers and you are set to safely max out the Incons. Nice numbers on that boost.

Kinda hard to make out the gauges, but how many pounds of boost was that at, looks about 12? Also, I thought the kit came with a Walbro 255?

Thanks cablebandit . . . do you run one external? Any good examples with pics out there?

2fast4u, I'm pretty sure that's the one I've got. It's also still at the rear, I know it needs to be up front. Is that why the fuel pressure isn't correct, or could there be another reason for that?

solobaric, it was set @ 10, but was jumped to 12 a little later in the rpm's on that particular run.

i have two 340s inside. I went to hydraulic place and got the tee fitting setup by buying what I think is this: 2- 5/16elbows..barbed ends for hoses to pumps
1- teee that has 2- 5/16in and 1- 3/8 out
1- 3/8 barbed out to go to fuel pump sender
I also bought some 5/15 hydraulic hose that was suitable for 70psi fuel pressure and wouldnt be hurt by fuel and 3/8 hose to go from tee out to fuel pump sender. Cut bottom of stock fuel bucket out and basically clamped fuel pumps together side by side and wedged em in the bucket using the rubber sleeve that was on stock pump. A little more stuff but thats the basics of my dual pump setup. I'll post more if ya like.

Regardless of pumps and injectors, you should see the regulator add fuel pressure when boost come on. A rear mounted regulator works fine at least to 600rwhp. suggest you stay away from incon regulator. btw, for some reason my car did not see a fp rise under boost until it was dialed up past 7 pounds.

a number of the incon regulators didn't ever work right? maybe you got one.
I bought one off a guy years ago and it never worked.

popped a CAS regulator in and it's worked perfectly for years.

How much is one of those CAS regulators? You've got 700rwhp and it's STILL at the rear??

Yep, some of the Incon regulators never did cut it...and never did rise correctly 1:1.

I agree with everyone else though, go with dual pumps...you need them for the power that the combo will make.

I just plumbed my fuel system this weekend and am almost done with it:
- stock sumped tank
- 2 -8 lines to pre-filters
- 2 Walbro 392 GSL pumps
- Y into -10
- -10 filter and -10 to the front of the car
- Y into -8 to Speed Inc. Rails
- 2 -6 lines from rails to Aeromotive regulator
- -8 return line to tank

I'll post some pics when it is all done.

Sounds like quite a setup Scott! What was the total outlay for that system if I may ask?

LOL, hard to answer since I have had some of the parts laying around for quite a while now.

I think I spent around $400 with Racetronix for a custom harness and the pumps. This was definitely worth it though since it came with fuses/relays, etc. They even came up with a plug and play method for me to add my BAP back in if I ever needed it again.

I probably have around $600 or so in associated fittings, and probably another $300 in braided line. Rails were $160, the regulator was around $150, and the sump and labor to weld it to the stock tank was probably around $125.

So, all told at a rough estimate I am about $1600 into it...but in retrospect it is probably one of the cheaper things that I have bought for this sled
