little help needed in cam specs

Default little help needed in cam specs

just recieved a mti 6.0 iron block 370
with all the love

the cam thats in is a 228-224-589-588 on a 114+2 lca


how is this cam going to do with my tti t-76 single turbo

itmder whatcha think?

looks like it'll work to me, depending on where you want to make your power at.

Looks just about perfect for a street/strip set up to me.

I would install it straight up and see where that puts your peak at. Once you get your set up fine tuned with the turbo, etc. Then you can play around with the advance if you really want to. Most likely you should be good as it is. As far a the gears, you will have to adjust all of that according to track (1/4 or 1/8), size of tire, etc. if you want to set the car up specifically for racing.

Im sure there is somone here who can crunch the numbers for you and tell you right around where your peak would be with those cubes and that cam.
IM horrible at math and I wouldnt want to forget to carry the 1.

Good luck with your setup. Sounds like it should be fun.
