what turbo R you USING????? It seems most turbo's i hear about are the t70 and gt42. I am just wondering what the differences are?? are they both ballbearing, oilcooled. water cooled?? I am looking for something with good spool time and something i wont have to worry about much (durability). Is there another combination out there that guys are runnning?? I am putting this on a stock engine so im only looking for bout 500 hp not much i know but im not looking at upgrading again when my forged bottom is built. im looking at something that will run the 8lbs now and will give me bout 12-14 lbs later but again i dont want to wait till 4000RPM for it to spool now casue if i can get it to spool quick now it will spoll quicker later or similar on the 6ltr forged motor.

you should be able to make that power very easily with a tiny turbo. a buddy of mine is using a pair of T60-1 HiFi's on his setup and each is rated somewhere around 600+ depending on the restriction of your motor.

im building a single turbo set up simmilar to phamspeed, it looks like they have my plans hahahaha they just came out with the cheep way of doing it with manifolds, witch is whatim doing concidering the 03 vet manifolds flow so well im keeping them and just building my so call Y pipe to the turbo. i was just wondering what guys were running on the single turbo set ups to get these 5-600rwhp

GT42 comes in two trims....a 70mm inducer and a 74mm inducer. The GT series, correct me if I am wrong, is a D BB. Where's armagedon. He has a built 6L and you can hear that thing spool almost immediately

ok thanx alot that helps out alot i do believe ive herd his car before on the little video he had up it did spoll pretty quick lol. but one concern is will it lag with the stock motor or be ok since the compression wont be lowerd on it?? almost equallying the same exhaust pressure as the lower compression 6 ltr?

im going to be putting this on a completely stock motor first and im looking to see what numbers i can pull on that first, im hoping someone can let me know what they have used for a single turbo set up im stuck i think between the gt42 and the t70 but id like some more input before i make any decisions.
