Default Synergy Production FMIC kit....

Here is the final production FMIC Kit for the ATI setup that we now offer. All pipes are 3" stainless steel mandrel bent. This kit will give you everything from the blower to the throttle body. This now also includes an IAT sensor with rubber grommet because the ATI kit uses a different unit. All clamps are stainless t-bolt clamps.

Other options will include adding a Bypass valve and flange upon customer request. Kit can be ordered with or without an intercooler.

Here is the ATI kit with the Intercooler.

Here is the Kit without the Intercooler.

The Production version for the STS cars will be out shortly as well the ones for the truck STS kits.

The price for the ATI FMIC with Intercooler will be 999.99 plus shipping and tax.

The price for the ATI FMIC kit without the intercooler will be 649.99 plus shipping and tax.

Other options are available, please call for pricing.

Note: We have 4 kits ready to go that can ship within a week!!! After that, its another 2-3 week wait for more pipes from the shop.

so the only thing you need to make this kit complete is the bracket and the blower for the d1?

Correct. This kit is an upgrade for the Procharger guys who already own one. But we can also sell you the upgraded bracket kit with D1 and inlet hat as well. PM me for more details if you like.

Nice kit guys. You should offer the pipes polished for a extra price.

Thats funny you say that. I thought the same thing when I picked them up today and was like, hmmm...wonder what polished would look like?

I just took some the other day on one of our cars. Hard to see once you put all the pastic back on. I will see if I can dig them up for you.

I am very close to purchasing this kit. I just have two questions.

What is the pressure drop?

What does it flow?

Pressure drop is about 2psi vs no FMIC. On most the ATI kits I've seen people gain psi if they were using the old ATI Twins. One guys said he noticed a boost loss. Throttle repsonse is supposed to be better also.

I don't think anyone has flow #s for the FMIC. We do know that is works VERY well and supports over 600rwhp easy so far. My truck was making 520-550rwhp and only a small portion of the FMIC would even get warm after a full 1/4mile pass. My IATs before the FMIC were 200-220deg. After the FMIC it was 107deg. Works pretty damn good

This kit is very high quality! I received my kit with the Bypass Valve and flange a couple weeks ago and will start the install next weekend. I'll have plenty of pics to share Check this post for pics that I have taken.

Rick, Is there a difference between the stock IAT sensor and the one you are now providing with the kit?

Would the 4" OBX be an overkill.

How does the OBX compare to the Griffin Intercoolers for psi loss and flow.

Its the same stock one you get when you bought your car. I wasnt sure if people wanted to go back to that one or not. Some might even still have theirs from the original stuff. Just trying to put it together in a way that makes it easy for everyone.

That price seems a bit high? You can puchase those OBX intercoolers on e-bay for $250.00 and those pipes as well for a whole lot less > about $300.00 less for the whole kit. Not trying to stomp your thread, just seems high.

We been through this before. EVERYONE that knows anything about putting together an FMIC kit and about bussiness agrees that it is a good price. Go do a search last time this came up from just about EVERY manufacture making these types of kits.

Not everyone can put together a kit for themselves. It's kinda like saying your car cost a lot less to make than you paid for it so why don't you go biuld your own car? LOL

Well I would be everyone, and I know how to put together this kit and it is nothing like putting together a new car LOL. I'm not going to do a search, I just think the price is high, and it is. The price increase from no intercooler to an intercooler is 350.00 > where are you getting OBX intercoolers from? I would be willing to guess that you went to e-bay and jacked up the price $100.00. Surf e-bay and save money > thats all I got to say about this.
