Default FI newbie, got some ?s on procharger setup?

I have a 98 Z28. with 95k. everythings stock. i am looking at getting the D1SC with a cooler and patperf ls6 low-compression heads and whatever else i need. please help? I want to try to get at least 450rwhp-500rwhp.
so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. also maybe tell me where i could could some basic FI info, maybe from an earlier post? thanx

The 6.0L heads are a good way to go along with some sort of split duration blower cam.
With that many miles you might want to consider buying a forged motor with the compresion heads and blower cam; and look into the procharger a little further down the road

thanx, i'll look into forged parts, will the patriot perf ls6 Stage 2 64cc heads be good heads with a Procharger, and what .kind of specs will i want in a cam to keep it a mainly street car

Dude...get the blower, make sure you have the right fuel set up, and make SURE, you get it tuned. You'll be fine for a while on the stock block as long as you aren't 100% throttle and 100% brake all the time. Then change pulleys when get it forged. I asked this question a couple days ago, and some boosted engines are doing rather well north of 100k

A good cam would be a split pattern type cam. 214/224, 218/224, 224/232 and so on... Just make sure you get it tuned as soon as you put it on. I would go with a good set of ported 6.0 heads to try and lower your compression a little.

are the LQ9 heads the only 6.0L heads or do they also come in the LS6 style.
who out there sells great blower cams. and which ones are good for street applications.
