exactly if you are happy with it then definitly go with it! me, im not gonna be able to throw any more money at the motor for a while so the extra for the manifolds are a good investment for me to pick up that hp, plus it will carry over when i start boosting some double diget numbers. but ya if i was really tight on funds i wouldn't have a problem using the stock headers. im sure either way it will work great!

And thats exactly why he made both kits. Something for everyone. Personally, I like the budget kit, but Im also not wanting 600+rwhp. The budget kit would suit my needs just fine and my car hardly ever sees the track, so I just want a fun/fast cruiser. For the people more race oriented, I wouldnt bother with the budget kit. Especially if you want to upgrade later down the road. Do it right the 1st time save yourself the money.

you are right, however i think that is with kit purschse, you pay 150 for the intercooler and they dont send you a charge pipe. I am thinking that the intercooler costs more than 150 if you just bought hot parts or something like that.

From what I understand, deletion of the charge pipe = $200 off purchase price + 150 for the IC, hence $50 less than an equal kit without the IC. Seems like the IC is infact $150, with kit purchase of course.

Go to their website and read the entire package description.

"Comes complete to install in one afternoon. Yes, it comes with a charge pipe coming from the turbo to tb. Note- take $200 off price if you do not need a charge pipe (for you fmic guys)."

Maybe I am misunderstanding this though?

I understand what it says, however id be very suprised if that is what it means.

That intercooler is listed at over $400 eslewhere on their website, so i do not know, im just saying i wouldnt hold my breathe if i was you, that it only costs 150 for a intercooler that size

my assumption is because the FMIC deletes other parts therefore reducing the price.

because its a trade off.say you wanted the charge pipe....200 say you wanted a FMIC 150=350 for both.now you are buying a kit so its just good business to give the customers a deal if they're already buying a kit from you.besides we have no idea what kind of deal they're getting on these FMIC's either.it also could be a different fmic

right so all your saying is what I said, if you buy the kit, you do not subtract the 200 for no charge pipe, you simply add 150

youve repeated what I was saying

simply put you are paying more that 150 for that intercooler no matter how you look at it
