Off the top of my head, you're probably looking at 500-550hp crank...with big boost numbers (27+).

T60-1 wouldnt support 27 psi.

you might see about 380rwhp with that setup.

what? 380rwhp???

boosted -your refering to the base sts kit turbo right?
if so a few folks have made 500rwhp. 12-13psi if I remember correctly.
the power drops like a rock above 5k though.

if you search this and the other board you may be able to dig up some graphs.
I saw them about 6+ months ago or so, when STS was just coming on to the LS1 scene

you could experiment with a bigger exhaust housing.
that would be your least expensive route.

or as you mention, jump to the 67 and make over 600rwhp if you want to.

Sorry, you are correct. As I stated, I was going off the top of my head. It would support 63lb./min. at 25psi. Thank you for the correction smokin'. However, I think you RWHP numbers are a little off. Maybe?

380rwhp???? Man talk about a hater... Why do you even bother posting in these threads when all you seem to do is bash? i usually don't run in to stick up for STS on crap like this but I've noticed you always come in with a negative response and it's kind of annoying.

Too answer your question. I have seen a guy in Texas, I think Cole is his name, dyno a stock 5.3L truck with 15psi and make a peak of 512rwhp on the 60-1 with no IC just methanol but it was a VERY spikey graph and fell flat on it's face after 5200rpm.

25psi on an LS1?

460-500rwhp might happen for a small turbo.
