that looks nice...if a wider intercooler would fit that would look so nice...with the grille opening being covered up with the ic...either way it looks real nice...

Holy cow. You are realy going to town on this thing. I cant wait to see how she works out for you. How do you plan on setting up your pumps. I am very curious as to how you do it.

I used a nice teminal block to wire everything up nicely. I only had to drill a small hole in the stock A-pillar to allow the wiring to be routed.

Where did you get the teminal block....

Wish I had the time, knowledge, and tools to do my own work...one day. Your work looks like top quality stuff.

You can get the terminal block at Radio Shack, Lowes, Home depot, or some other similar store. I got mine in the home networking section at home depot. I did end up putting some connectors on the ends of the wires to clean it up a little more.

It does help to have tools available to ya, but I must say all my knowlege has come from boards like this one. Everyone is excellent in helping out, plus I have too much free time to surf

With the FMIC piping about to go in I've had to make some room for it.

I did all the relocation of the horns, vacuum tube, and cruise controll without any relocation brackets, and I used existing holes so I didn't have to drill anything. I went ahead and just removed the pump for the A.I.R system since I'm getting rid of that anyway. Then I had to modify the air dam a little bit so it wouldn't be in the way.

I used the power feed from the ASR/TCS switch since it's uninterrupted during starting.

Got the bumper cutting all done. Only took about an hour with an air grinder and I think it turned out fairly good. Also got my injectors swapped out, and intake manifold all cleaned up. Tomorrow I'll be doing the dual pump setup so I should have pics Monday morning.

Here's some bumper pics. (Thanx for the idea Zangel).

Almost got the dual pumps all setup tonight! Turns out the barbs that connect to the pumps that came with the Moroso Y-block are a little too long. Some shorter ones will give me some more room to work with on the top of the Y-block. I'll have to pick a couple up at Ace tomorrow and then I'll be all done with this portion.

I basically used the exact way of doing this as my friend Clint (HUGGER ORANGE SS)..

Pics: (The cuts are a little rough , I'll be cleaning those up tomorrow as well)

It's been a while since I've updated so......

I've got all the wiring 98% done for the whole setup and the fuel system is done. Only wiring left to do is extend the maf and IAT sensor wires. My cometic head gaskets finally arrived after a month, only to find out they are not what I custom ordered .

I'm outta time for this project so I just decided to get some GM MLS gaskets, and just polished the head combustion chambers a bit. I'm still at 9.7:1 compression going this way so it'll be alright.

Pics:
Firewall hole drivers side. Drilled a 1 inch hole and used the gromet that came with my fuel pressure gauge.

Mounted my boost gauge sending unit up under the window cowl.

For the sending unit I'll be using a line coming from the intake manifold since I remove the AIR system and have this line open.

Also got the Aeromotive Fuel Pump Controller installed.

Should be up and running tomorrow!!!!

Fuel controller is pretty easy, both to adjust and to install. The hardest part I think was to tap into the fuel pump controll wire from the bottom of the fuse box that's pictured.

Got some very small things done tonight after work.

Removed the schrader valve from the fuel rail. For those of you that haven't seen what it is:

Also mounted my Autometer Fuel Pressure Gauge sending unit onto the fuel rail. I used the one piece adapter from Metco Part number #MFF 0001 (-4AN female to 1/8"NPT female).

Also snapped some shots of SDCE 8 Rib tensioner setup kit that I got. This is the new two piece crank pulley so that you can either use it on the stock balancer or on the ATI dampener. I'll be using it on the stock balancer for now.

And last couple pics for tonight my modified ATI inlet hat, and new filter. I bought the inlet hat used so it's not in the best condition, but it'll work. Used a rubber cork to fill the barb fitting hole and then used my AIR pump hose with K&N breather on it to fill the other connection. Finally found a piece of silione that was able to stretch over the inlet hat and still be small enough to fit over the blower inlet. I'll more than likely have to trim the silicone down a bit to get it to fit. Still have to oil that filter too

Original ATI filter. Bigger K&N

Default It's very Close!!!!

Almost there. Haven't had as much time to work on this as I would like to lately.

My dremel gave out on me when I was cutting one of my fans off, so got a new one of those to finish it.

Got the SDCE 8 rib setup installed and blower mounted! Everything was perfect! Ended up setting the tensioner preload to 5 and it ended up right at 15 when the belt was on.

All that's left is the supercharger inlet and IC piping/ install radiator / and finish up the PCV system.

Clint (HUGGER ORANGE SS) helped me adjust the high octane timing, and other varios things to be safe until I get it on the dyno. I also rescaled the injectors to match the Motoron 60#ers.

Anything I should watch out for on the initial startup other than Oil pressure(installed new cam), and misc leaks???
