Default Turbo Gurus, oil drain question...





How far can I clock the turbo center section before I have oil build back up issues...just wanting to know so I can do some more shopping tomorrow.

could get away with three if youre height to the pan was sweet.. but if its not much of a slope gotta 1-2

Of course 1 is ideal but the closer you get the center line of the turbo the worse it gets. I would think that it would also matter how the slope of your oil return is off the turbo. I would clock the turbo to get the maximum slope you can with the oil return to the pan without going past #3. I will be clocking mine as well so I can get more of a slope on the line to the pan. Especially since I have Stainless Works parts.
