I was the one who figured out these fans fit like they did... You CAN keep air conditioning... I used 2 single Flexalite 140 fans 12" pushers when I installed my kit, they fit like a glove infront of the A/C core... They are like 80ea from summit...

FLX-140

$107.95
12" Pusher fan 2 fit snuggly infront of the A/C condensor.
I didn't even use ties for mine, they fit in the tray at the bottom, and couldn't come out of the top with the radiator support on, I couldn't be happier, it was like they were meant to go there.

Oh, and the fans don't look like they do in the picture, they have nice shrouds around them, they are really thin, and flow a lot of air, I probably spent two hours looking for fans when I first got my phamspeed kit, these are by far the best solution I could find.

Yep I used to have A/C with my FAL pushers back in the day, but got rid of the a/c to drop some weight for track purposes....damn turbocharging and supercharging adds a ton of weight over the nose.

But yes the FALs will fit with the a/c condensor mounted up. You guys gotta remember....my car has seen a lot of modding to this point Powerdyne, Procharger and now Phamspeed....hey they all begin with P coincidence...??

so would it make more sense to get the dual 12" fans instead of the 2 singles since itd flow the same and actually be cheaper?

Really? I've had my dual FALs on the car since 5/01 Us powerdyne guys..blackbird, chris pippy(chrispy), white hawk all had these kits and they were shipped with crappy single 10 inch FAL fans.
These lil 10 inchers did **** for cooling the car down. Some of us powerdyne guys had 3 to 4 fans on our cars to cool em down. I went with the dual 12 FALS on mine and was fine ever since...they've been on the car with A/C and without...and worked great....but they do work better in the summer without the a/c condensor in the way. I got rid of my A/C for weight savings as the s/c'ers added a lot of weight over the nose. That pic that is posted is from my FMIC install on my procharged set up BTW....not this current turbo install. I also have em wired so they both turn on high at the same time...this keeps the car nice and cool.

I looked at the 140's there like 107 each. Which means that the 240 setup like frcefed98's is a little cheaper at 209. I bought the 240 setup....
