They slide right in front of the radiator pretty well, its pretty much a direct fit. You will use the supplied go through the radiator core plastic rod things. Trick to those is you spread the core fins with a phillips screw driver to make the rods go through easily...use a philips that is close to the size of the plastic rods.
That'll secure the fans to the radiator.

so the fans go in front of the radiator which has the intercooler in front of both of those?so the fans are in between the FMIC and the rad?

i so smart....duh!believe it or not i just started getting into and reading up on turbo's and boost not even a month ago,i think i been a pretty quick learner so far

so are you making you stock wire set up work so you can program when the fans come on or are you using a switch

Not sure yet. I am thinking about just hooking them up to stock that way I can program them.

Do you have to remove A/C to use these? Where can these fans be bought from? I ended up just removing my drivers side fan on my install and not to sure about temps

Well looks like frcefed98 removed the AC condensor and from this pic there's no way these fans would fit without doing that. I don't think the AC would work without that key peice

Quick question, are they actually called FAL fans or are they Spal fans? I used Spal fans in my late models and they are excellant! They are the same thing used by many of the cup and Busch teams. Just curious because I've never heard of FAL???

im still pretty sure you can make it fit,it may have to be slightly offset.Frcefed can you lend us a hand,can you keep your a/c with these fans?
