Phamspeed budget kit questions

Phamspeed budget kit questions I was thinking about this earlier today and want to know what you guys think.
So, it is pretty well known that if someone is going to do heads and a cam that they need headers right? So my question is, if someone wants to get the budget kit (which uses the stock monifolds) and do heads and a cam too, will they flow well? They will be trying to flow through the stock manifolds and on an N/A motor they don't flow well right? So will they flow better because the turbo is pushing the air through the manifolds? I hope that made sense...
