Cutting front facia

What is the best tool to cut the front facia on a Firebird?

Just incase someone comes across this in a search, a exacto knife or any sort of sharp blade heated with a lighter works great.

I used a pair of tin snips like these:

Just drilled a pilot hole and they cut like butter.

I thought about tin snips, but I found that the knife makes a better cut, not so jagged. Heat it up enough and it'll cut long strips without any problems. I basically would heat it up, cut until it stopped cutting so well, then heat it again and repeat. The blade never got red hot or anything, which seemed just fine.

I personally cut out the area behind my front plate.

From: Taking back some video tapes

I used a heated knife on my front fascia and a small cutting wheel on a Dremel for my rear bumper. Both went right through the urethane like it was butta!
