I have 57lb inlectors so that should be plenty even at 45psi.. It makes no difference going from 60% to 99% duty cycle above 5800 - its just running out of fuel and I have to figure out why, I'll pull the sender out and make sure everything is OK.

can you tone the sound down w/an ati race bypass valve...i really want to do this but i'm afraid that might be a little too much noise for me

You can make a muffler for it or just return it back to the blower inlet, its pretty loud but so is my exhaust and rear end and at 3000rpm on the highway I dont even notice it. It is by no means stealth..

I have no idea where the power is right now, probably around 500-525 through the unlocked 8" converter and 9 inch. I'll find out when I get the fuel fixed up.

Made several high rpm blasts and the belt stayed on fine and no slip, very happy with the SDCE setup so far. Put a couple hundred miles on it already, its a lot of fun to drive. Just have to put the roll bar in (finally got here) and figure out which seats I'm going to use.

I seen what kind of boost numbers you were seeing and I thought I would be seeing 8 or 9 here at 1500' elevation. I am winding it up a little higher then you (6500) and I have only a 01 Z06 cam so its probably close. Boost gauge could be off but if a new 255 walbro in-tank is running out at 5800rpm it must be making some ok power - I went through the whole fuel system today and everything looks fine, I'm putting one of those MSD boost-a-pumps on tomorrow and hopefully that will get me by until I do some fuel system upgrades down the road - then I'll try the 3.7 and 3.4 pulley

Sounds real good, man. I would look into a dual intank pump like the racetronix setup.
Hope you like the set up. I really liked it when my brother had it on his ride.

Take it ez, and good luck!

Yea I'm sure I'll be calling you again soon Kurt I just skipped all the BS this time, it turns out costng more doing things and redoing it over 10 times then to just tear the whole car apart and do it the way I want to start with. I have to run at least as fast as the cam only guys you know.

Finished up the roll bar last night along with a few other little things. Going to go in a couple minutes and pick up one of those MSD volt boosters to get me enough fuel hopefully until I do the fuel system the right way - dont feel like dropping the tank right now after just putting it all together

I have a hole cut, if I do a real fuel system I'll get it sumped or go with one of the speed inc aluminum tanks. Either way that car sat for a week with no rear or anything in it and no gas so that would have been the time to do it. I had a '00 C5 here that did 660rwhp with the racetronix pump and I figured I would be OK. I dont know if he got a good pump and I got a dud, I know this isnt making 600rwhp and the C5 lines arent that much better

Its a bolt in wolfe chrome moly 6pt, 62lbs total.

IT could be....I did a good job on it For real though, blower sucking up HP, TH400 sucking up HP, big heavy rear end sucking up HP...and you're fuel pump is DONE! Got to add all that up when figuring out injectors and pump...No Go made a good post about adding all this stuff in awhile back here in the FI section.
I'd say you are making at least 530....

My other car with the crappy ATI inline + stock pump had no problem keeping up with 8psi and a P1SC + a 50 shot. That was close to 500 rear wheel with the TH350, loose converter and 9 inch/slicks. I would have thought this pump by itself would have handled 500rwhp in this car. Usually when I quote rwhp its M6 rwhp, I have seen these pumps do over 600 with an M6/ATI easily but they have been C5s. People dont realize how much power gets lost with a TH400, 8" converter and slicks. If I do 500rw as it sits I would be happy. My 414 n/a car went 137mph on only 525rw with a TH400/9"
