I just got a new riding lawnmower and it's got a 25hp engine that looks perfect for a turbo. I have plenty of 1 5/8 and 1 3/4" piping left over from a past project, more for fun than anything else.

Back in the day, we used a Garrett GT12 and a GT15 on a 600 Yamaha FZR in the Formula SAE car. Had a few small IHI units as well.

Yes they will. Think you can snap some pics of anything interesting if you make it there Harlan? Especially if it deals with U of Delaware (just couldn't ever find the time to help out with that bunch when I was there).

I'll see what I can do. They should be arriving at the Silverdome starting today.
I haven't made it to the competition in the last couple years, so i'm gonna try to make it this year.
According to the SAE website, there are 140+ teams registered this year. That's crazy. It was below/or near 100 6 years ago when I was on the team.
Just hoping to see Cornell take the #1 spot again

I think back in 1987 my buddy had a Turbo Ninja...it was a tiny little turbo...Turbo lawnmower means lots of fun.
