in order to wire teh relay i would do it as such...hopefully other chime in but i believe that this will work out for you very well.

Find teh fuel pump power wire...it should be positive, connect this to pin 85.

connect a good ground to pin 86.

connect 87 to a good 12V power source of your choosing.
and then connect "30" to the power wire on the fuel pump.
"87A" should not be used.

When looking at the relay you should end up using the outside four pins and the pin in the middle should be blank.

NOTE: IF factory fuel pump turn on wire is a ground source PM me.

NOTE: if 87A is NOT the middle pin PM me.

That should work out for you very well though. what it is going to do is this...

when the factroy fuel pump turns on, the relay will connect "87" and "30" which in essence sends an excellent 12 volt signal directly to the pump.

Yeah it is the grey wire in the back that comes off the electrical conections in the back by the rear end. And if you are trying to find it up by the fuse panel under the hood just look for the fuel pump relay and them if you turn the panel over you will look for the small red/Kinda pinkish wire that is the power supply. Hope this helps.

Did you cut an access panel in the trunk shelf or lower the tank to do the pump? If you cut the door, its easy, the connector at the top of the tank has the signal for the pump. If you want you can also go to the bulkhead behind the drvrs backseat...looking at the drvrs back seat backpad, it will be at the lower right area, goes through the wall to the front side of the rear axle tunnel. Look in front the axle you will see it bolted in, with a about 14 wires coming off it (not sure on exact number of wires) Sorry I cant be super specific, might try install university or ls1 howto?

Sorry I was MIA for the weekend. Finishing the pump tonight and then tomorrow is dyno day. They were not able to get me in this weekend so i gave teh install a rest as i dont wanna be done with it too long before i get to dyno it so that i dont go drivin around and break it without a tune. I didnt have to open above the tank or drop it cause i used a inline pump. Im finishing it tonight and hittin the rollers tomorrow at noon. Thanks

Pretty sure its a green wire w/ white stripe easily found at the computer...use a test light..it comes on for 3 seconds after you turn the key (assuming you dont actually start the car).
