Default Single or twins.. on a 347??

I know this has been discussed about single and twins but is it going to matter with a stock cube plant. 2 T-67's or one large T-88 thumper or a GT-42.... The car is going to be pure track with a 2800lb raceweight and as much boost as I can throw at a totally forged 347. Harlan was runnning twin T-66's but why did he not run a large T-88 or T-101.????

twins are for street or mondo-power dyno queens. Singles are for racing and can give gobs of top-end power without giving up much down low.

This is where you'll want to start:

pretty close but I am going with reversed shorties and a larger A2W intercooler....I guess a single large will be the ticket...

Takes longer to spool a large single. I would go with big twins.

wonder if it has anything to do with lifting heads? harlan can run 2 smaller turbos at a lower boost pressure and still make the same hp as a big single...

if i was goin for a track only setup i would go which ever way is cheaper and easier (single). but i wasnt a fast street car and if twins were an option (which they are for me), thats what i would do.
