Default converter for turbo, what stall

i plan on a turb by the end of this year and right now i was looking at getting a new converter. What stall and str would be good for a single turbo kit. i also posted in the automatic forum with a slightly different question which leads me to this question...https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic-transmission/325897-what-gains-changing-3-000-stall-3-800-a.html

i went with a precision converter and prety much let them pick it out. there are a lot more things to know like what size turbo, what cam, how many CI? daily driver or track only? how much traction are you going to have? how heavy?

John Fuddle spec'd mine out at 3800stall 2.4 str, based off the information I gave him and my end desire of where I want the car to be. I would talk with someone, be it Mike @ yank or John @ Fuddle before going in blind. A TC should be matched to the total car concept, not "well if your heads and cam you need.......". Just my $.02.
