You guys really outdid yourself on the GTO modifications...
Thank you.

The flares are over original pieces. The front fenders are composite from the factory. I'm not sure as filler used but I do know they are attached with OEM quality glue with the same strength used on new corvettes.

I looked over one side today and it looks incredibly straight. Our body shop churns out some nice work. It will be nice to see it on Friday when it's clean.

The connecting rods are Howards

As far as flares for sale I'm not sure as of yet. I'm sure it's been talked about but as far as a decision nothing has been set in stone. The car is officially a concept vehicle.

It really is sano clean which is the way I prefer my vehicles. I really wish the sun was out when I shot the car. It's amazing in sunlight with a unique bronze titanium like sparkle and looks pitch black when it's dark.

That car looks great Kevin. When the power tour comes through central FL you can just drop off the GTO at my house, I`ll take it from there for you.

Is that a stock color? If not what is it?

That is the best damn looking GTO I've seen yet.

As of today the only problem has been a blown trans in our SS shortbed... It's stuck behind getting a replacement.

I was able to put up two new galleries today. The first one is some pics throughout the day as we cleaned up everything. The second is of the GTO. The pics in the gallery are a bit nicer plus I put up some different shots of the car.

56k might be a little slow since these are a little higher resolution.
At the top of the page. http://www.w2wpowertrain.com/t-gallery-2.aspx

Enjoy.

Just arrived at the hotel after a day of driving my truck on the second leg from Illinois to Indiana. Made 3 passes with my truck at IRP today. 11.75, 11.81 and 11.79
The GTO is performing well and grabbing some attention.
Did a interview with Hot Rod TV after the third 11 second run, it was cool.

Nice work! Reliably running that fast in a heavy truck is very impressive.

Im pretty sure I passed the GTO last night out at IRP. We came in late to meet some friends and I remember seeing the wide *** rims. Saw you out there too Kurt. Truck looked good.

Saw the red SS truck run a couple times. It was awesome to see a truck that big running that fast. Especially at IRP which seems to a very slow track.
